Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist customers with genuine enthusiasm and friendly approach.
  • Use all systems to manage customer flow and deliver Five-Star Customer Service experience.
  • Maintain service vows, including Being Prepared, Welcoming, Meeting Needs, and Being There for customers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent degree.
  • 1-2 years of prior retail experience in an apparel, service, or specialty store environment.
