Operational Sales Leader

At Bimbo Bakeries USA, we're looking for a skilled Operational Sales Leader to join our team. As a key member of our sales operations team, you'll be responsible for leading sales operations and sales teams to achieve sales growth and sales center objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead sales operations and sales teams through execution of Direct Store Delivery Excellence (DSDE) best practices
  • Manage point-of-sale material to ensure proper and strategically targeted inventory levels
  • Deliver on key performance indicators for sales, freshness, and other controllable expenses
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field
  • 5-7 years of related experience in customer relations or sales
  • At least 1 year of experience leading and influencing others
  • Computer skills and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
