Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team at MillerKnoll. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and sales, with a proven track record of delivering excellent results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Assist customers with sales quotations, status calls, and delivery and service
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and representatives
  • Provide price quotations and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Requirements:
  • Minimum of one year of experience in customer service and sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
