Job Summary

Swedish Match North America LLC is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to manage all sales and operational functions within the assigned geography. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling and servicing Swedish Match's products in retail stores, gaining new item distribution, and promoting products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell and service Swedish Match's products in retail stores
  • Gain new item distribution and promote products
  • Manage all administrative aspects of the job, including expenses and point of sale materials
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Problem-solving and ability to develop creative solutions
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Planning skills and ability to prioritize activities
  • Microsoft Office and business math skills
Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree or directly related work experience is required. Requires some directly related work experience in non-durable consumer goods sales.

Additional Information
  • The candidate must live within the geographical assignment
  • Territory Sales Managers must be able to lift, push, pull, reach, conduct overhead work, and carry bags and boxes as part of the sales activities
