Plumber Job Description

Russell's Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical, a NearU Company in Chesapeake Va, is seeking experienced plumbers to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform residential plumbing service calls
  • Install project work such as re-pipes, bathroom remodels, sewer and water, dig replacements, water filtration
  • Install tankless/tanked water heaters to code
  • Install residential drainage and water distribution lines to code
  • Install all residential fixtures, toilets, lavatory faucets, kitchen faucets, tub/shower valves, etc.
  • Educate customers on plumbing parts and products when necessary
  • Communicate with clients and customers
  • Understand and adhere to local codes
  • Perform various tasks assigned by managers and subject to change based on company needs
Requirements
  • 6+ years of plumbing experience in residential plumbing
  • Pride in work and passion for the trade
  • Ability to lift 50 to 100 lbs, work outdoors, climb ladders, and crawl in small spaces on a regular basis
  • Good communication skills
  • Clean driving record
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving practice
