- Proficient in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting PCs, peripherals, and networking equipment.
- Familiarity with operating systems, particularly Windows and macOS.
- Knowledgeable in software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to assist users effectively.
- Physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds.
