Job Title: Subject Matter Expert, Federal Contracting

IMSolutions is seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert to fill a challenging opportunity working in federal government contracting, supporting BPA Call Orders. This role will be a remote, hybrid, or in-office position, depending on the Task Order assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and direction for specific tasks of a project, leveraging expertise in one or more key areas.
  • Develop strategic solutions for agency requirements, analyzing all phases of projects from inception to closeout.
  • Oversee executive-level group briefings, discussions, and workshops, enabling focused decision-making.
  • Analyze industry trends, best practices, and record discussion content and related support services.
  • Debrief stakeholders, preparing and providing draft and final reports relating to service issues.
  • Define, refine, and resolve disputes, disagreements, and divergent views.
  • Perform various contract responsibilities in a full range of planning and administering the most complex and major acquisitions for the client.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree and 6+ years of proven experience as a Subject Matter Expert.
  • In-depth knowledge of specific areas of expertise.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • U.S. Citizen or Foreign National with a work permit and residing in the U.S. for three or more years.
Benefits:
  • $75,000 to $95,000 - Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location.
