Job Title: Federal Government Contract Management Specialist

IMSolutions is seeking a highly experienced Federal Government Contract Management Specialist to manage call orders on government contracting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management and direct federal government contract management experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage individual call orders, including programmatic oversight and coordination with multiple business improvement and enterprise transformation projects.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for a specific call order(s) and supervise facilitators on the team.
  • Assist the customer in determining schedules, reviewing deliverables, and participating in project reviews across the customers' call orders.
  • Set call order 'point-of-view' approach to engagement to create and maintain a mid-level momentum for change.
  • Facilitate and lead team discussions and meetings.
  • Manage and control financial and administrative aspects of the call order concerning task requirements.
  • Manage multiple projects of moderate to extreme complexity.
  • Oversee the execution of single or multiple Call Orders (COs).
  • Staff, staff direction, and oversight under the PM.
  • Program planning, production, quality, program financials, and providing deliverables under the CO.
  • Manage the client interface at the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) level.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and eight years of experience or a Master's degree and six years of experience managing call orders on government contracting.
  • Direct Federal Government Contract Management experience.
  • Strong background in program management.
  • Project management in the area of events and technical writing activities.
  • Strong facilitation and cross-functional team facilitation skills.
  • Experience in implementing process improvement initiatives within organizations.
  • U.S. Citizen or Foreign National with a work permit and residing in the U.S. for three or more years.
Benefits:
  • $100,000 to $125,000 - Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location.
