Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced BPA Program Manager to join our team at IMSolutions, LLC. As a BPA Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple project engagements, supervising contract personnel, and interfacing with senior leadership to ensure the quality of overall programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight, coordination, and integration of multiple business improvement and enterprise transformation projects.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for the contract and supervising Order Program Managers.
  • Assisting the customer in determining schedules, reviewing deliverables, and participating in project reviews across the customers' programs.
  • Setting project 'point-of-view' and overall approach to engagements and shaping senior management agendas to create and maintain an executive-level momentum for change.
  • Facilitating and leading team discussions and meetings.
  • Managing and controlling financial and administrative aspects of the program/project concerning task requirements.
  • Managing multiple projects of moderate to extreme complexity.
  • Overseeing the execution of single or multiple Call Orders (COs).
  • Staffing, staff direction, and oversight under the CO.
  • Program planning, production, quality, program financials, and providing deliverables under the CO.
  • Managing the client interface at the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) level.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and ten years of experience or a Master's degree and eight years of experience.
  • Direct Federal Government Agency contract management experience.
  • Strong background in program management.
  • Strong facilitation and cross-functional team facilitation skills.
  • Experience in implementing process improvement initiatives within organizations.
  • U.S. Citizen or Foreign National with a work permit and residing in the U.S. for three or more years.

  • $125,000 to $150,000 - Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location.
