Subject Matter Expert

IMSolutions seeks an experienced Subject Matter Expert to fill an exciting opportunity working in federal government contracting supporting BPA Call Orders. This role will be a remote, hybrid, or in-office position depending on the Task Order assigned.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide guidance and direction for specific tasks of a project, leveraging expertise in one or more key areas.
- Develop agendas, capture, organize, analyze, synthesize, design, format, write, edit, proofread, gather, and respond to comments, prepare reports on event results enabling effective decision-making.
- Facilitate discussions, manage meeting logistics, guide participants through structured processes, and ensure productive outcomes fostering continuous improvement within the organization.
- Master's Degree and 6+ years of proven experience as a Subject Matter Expert.
- In-depth knowledge of specific areas of expertise.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- U.S. Citizen or Foreign National with a work permit and residing in the U.S. for three or more years.
- $75,000 to $95,000 - Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location.
