Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning & Development Manager to join our team at ZoomInfo Technologies LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that drive customer success and adoption of our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding and Training: Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding and training programs for new and existing customers, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization of our platform.
  • Content Development: Create engaging and informative content, including training materials, guides, and resources, to support customer learning and development.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and develop targeted training programs to meet their requirements.
  • Training Delivery: Deliver training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and knowledge transfer.
  • Program Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven decisions to improve their design and delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or training, with a focus on customer success and adoption.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with proficiency in MS Office and Google-Suite products.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce (Lightning) and experience with learning management software.
  • Training Expertise: Knowledge of training design principles, adult learning theory, and instructional design methodologies.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $82,500, plus bonus, commission, equity, and comprehensive benefits. Our hybrid work model allows for a minimum of three days per week in one of our offices in Waltham, MA, Vancouver, WA, or Bethesda, MD.
