The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our AI & Innovation Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, leading, and facilitating scientific evaluations to build new experiences with documents across our entire suite of offerings. Our team is responsible for technologies that enable building, manipulating, and consuming PDF files across various services, mobile apps, and desktop products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead scientific evaluations to build new experiences with documents.
- Define metrics, hypothesis testing, experimental design, causal inference, and A/B tests.
- Collaborate with a diverse group of engineers and scientists to drive innovation and excellence.
- Develop and maintain data insight dashboards and visualizations.
- Provide thought leadership to the data-driven community by mentoring teammates in standard methodologies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and analytics.
Requirements
- 5 years of industry work experience in machine learning and analytics.
- Advanced analytical abilities, including statistical methodologies, experimentation, and data visualization.
- Experience with machine learning operations, data pipelines, and automation architecture.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Master's or PhD in statistics, econometrics, operations research, applied physics, engineering, or a related quantitative field.
