About the Role

As a Front Desk Administrator at IEC - Garden Grove, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our students, prospective clients, and campus visitors. Your excellent communication skills and ability to multitask will enable you to provide top-notch support services to those who interact with us.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Welcoming and supporting students, prospective clients, and campus visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answering and responding to incoming telephone calls in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records of visitor access and issuing passes when required.
