Customer Service Representative and Financial Expert

The role of a Customer Service Representative and Financial Expert at BayPort Credit Union involves delivering exceptional service to members by efficiently processing financial transactions, resolving issues, and providing guidance on financial products and services. This position plays a vital part in enhancing the financial well-being of our members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transaction Processing: Process financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring seamless member experiences.
- Cash Handling and Verification: Receive, inspect, and verify cash and negotiable instruments for deposit, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Member Needs Identification: Identify member needs and suggest appropriate financial products and services to improve their overall financial situation.
- Quality Service: Provide a high level of professional, quality service to members, meeting their expectations and building trust.
Required Qualifications:

- Education and Experience: High School education or equivalent, with previous experience in cash handling and customer service.
