Job Title: Help Desk Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an escalation point for high-priority issues
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers and end-users

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical support
  • Strong knowledge of hardware and software systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
