Job Summary

The Compensation Analyst will support the development and implementation of the Houston Independent School District's compensation strategy. This role will be responsible for analyzing job data, developing salary ranges, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze job data to inform compensation decisions
  • Develop and maintain salary ranges and steps
  • Collaborate with senior management on compensation projects and policies
  • Provide guidance to internal customers on compensation principles and practices
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compensation data
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in compensation or a related field
