Job Summary:
This role involves providing direct medical care to client company employees and their families, aged 2 and older. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing episodic, preventive, and acute healthcare services
* Conducting histories and physical examinations
* Prescribing medications and treatments based on best practice standards
* Developing treatment plans in collaboration with patients
* Educating and advising on medical issues as needed
* Referring patients to internal or external medical resources
* Evaluating the effectiveness of medical care and monitoring patient progress
* Participating in the development of annual health center goals and objectives
Requirements:
To be considered for this opportunity, you must:
* Be a graduate of an accredited medical school
* Have at least three years of post-residency clinical experience
* Possess a license to practice medicine in the state where the site is located
* Be Board Certified in Occupational Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Primary Care, or Emergency Medicine by the AOA or ABMS, or Board Eligible in these areas
* Maintain current state and federal DEA certification
* Hold current Certification in AHA or ARC Basic Life Support for healthcare providers; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required
