Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team at Hamilton Health Care System. As a RN - Med/Surg / Adult Resp. & Peds - Part Time - Nights, you will provide direct care to patients on a given unit using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
About the Role- You will be responsible for managing care of assigned patients, working primarily with adult and geriatric patient populations or pediatric and adolescent patients on assigned units.
- Your duties will include administering medications, performing various medical procedures, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you must have an Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program as evidenced by primary source of verification or will obtain prior to working as a RN. You should also hold a current Georgia RN or a multi-state license meeting eNLC criteria professional licensure or will obtain prior to beginning work as a RN.
Skills and Qualifications- Nursing skills as defined in the Law Governing the Practice of Nursing in Georgia.
- Able to work flexible schedule including weekends.
This role requires working in a typical acute health care setting with pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients experiencing a wide range of medical and/or surgical problems. You will need to stand and walk for extensive periods of time, lift and carry items up to 50 pounds, and work under stressful conditions.
Estimated Salary$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
