The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and strategic partnerships.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and implement plans to increase customer engagement and retention.
Requirements & Skills
  • Proven Sales Experience: 4+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a B2B startup environment.
  • Sales Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes and business operations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Gsuite.
