Job Title: Learning and Development Facilitator

At TEKsystems, we are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Facilitator to join our Global Learning Delivery team in Raleigh, NC. As a Learning and Development Facilitator, you will play a critical role in the facilitation of our New Hire Orientation, leadership and management development, and soft skills and professional skills training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate learning via classroom instructions, webinars, virtual, and blended learning; incorporate a variety of presentation methods and applications to accommodate adult learning styles
  • Train on both the off-the-shelf and custom content
  • Manage classroom environment and adapt instructional style depending on the audience
  • Make recommendations to managers regarding participants' overall learning experience, including follow-up study materials
  • Ensure that class content is delivered as designed and make specific recommendations to curriculum and portfolio managers to continually improve the global content and design
  • Support team initiatives and identify ways to enhance learning effectiveness
  • Contribute to the overall success of the Global Learning Delivery team by identifying ways to continuously improve the learning process

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline like adult education, communications, or human resources (HR)
  • People management experience
  • Experience developing leadership and coaching skills in managers
  • Fluent language skills in English; excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 7+ years of professional classroom facilitation experience; experience in an adult training capacity
  • Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and listening skills
  • Proven ability to take initiative and positive attitude
  • Team-oriented, motivated, and highly enthusiastic
  • Ability to manage changing priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to a changing business environment
  • Ability to train leadership courses
  • Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time
  • 5+ years of IT or high-tech industry experience is a plus
