Learning and Development Facilitator

Job Summary:

TEKsystems is seeking a Learning and Development Facilitator to join their Global Learning Delivery team in Raleigh, NC. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating learning programs, including New Hire Orientation, leadership and management development, and soft skills and professional skills training. The ideal candidate will have experience in adult education, communications, or human resources, and possess excellent facilitation, presentation, and listening skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate learning programs via classroom instruction, webinars, virtual, and blended learning
  • Train on both off-the-shelf and custom content
  • Manage classroom environment and adapt instructional style depending on the audience
  • Make recommendations to managers regarding participants' overall learning experience
  • Ensure that class content is delivered as designed and make specific recommendations to curriculum and portfolio managers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • People management experience
  • Experience developing leadership and coaching skills in managers
  • Fluent language skills in English
  • 7+ years of professional classroom facilitation experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of IT or high-tech industry experience
