Position Overview

This role is essential in delivering a comprehensive range of administrative, operational, and staff support services for designated groups or managers. Key responsibilities include drafting reports, tracking data, performing data entry, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards. The position may involve evaluating work quality and productivity standards within specific product lines or areas. Additionally, responsibilities may include reviewing and finalizing loan modifications and overseeing vendor management within the loan workout department. Proficiency in PC-based software for word processing, spreadsheets, and graphics is required. Specific duties may vary based on the assigned area.

Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to four years of experience in administrative support roles

Preferred Skills and Experience
- Strong verbal, grammatical, and written communication abilities
- Well-developed reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Capability to manage multiple tasks/projects and meet deadlines effectively
- Proficient in identifying and resolving discrepancies and interpreting data
- Advanced PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated administrative capabilities with a keen attention to detail
