We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance clinical excellence, drive growth, and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team of BCBAs and RBTs to ensure exceptional clinical outcomes and service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance clinical excellence, drive growth, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and clinical partners to provide personalized treatment plans and improve health outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Participate in community events to promote services to families and prospective staff.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in leadership roles, preferably in behavioral health settings.
  • Proven track record of driving growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing clinical excellence.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management software.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
