Certified Clinical Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Certified Clinical Coordinator to join our team at WellMed in Las Cruces, NM. In this role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating patient care, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist physicians with patient exams, procedures, and treatments
  • Manage patient flow, coordinate appointments, and maintain accurate schedules
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
  • Develop and implement processes to improve clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or higher in a related field
  • Nationally recognized Medical Assistant certification or ability to obtain within 180 days
  • Current BLS certification for healthcare providers
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and electronic health records systems
  • Proven leadership and problem-solving skills

Estimated Salary Range:$50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience
