About the Role

The Nature Conservancy is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in the Great Plains Division. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies and executing content across our digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to advance conservation goals and reach targeted audiences.
  • Collaborate with staff across job functions and geographies to ensure our social media presence is aligned with our organizational priorities and values.
  • Track and report metrics and trends relevant to our social media accounts and web pages.
  • Make recommendations for how to iterate our social media approach to best reach our target audiences and advance our conservation goals.
  • Produce digital content for web and email as needed.
  • Manage digital and photo archive.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years' related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience cultivating and managing client/customer relationships.
  • Experience writing, editing and proofreading.
  • Experience organizing and coordinating multiple projects.

Salary Information
