Transformative Sales Leadership Opportunity

Lionbridge Technologies seeks a visionary Chief Enterprise Sales Officer to spearhead the company's global expansion initiatives. As a pivotal member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and cement Lionbridge's position as a leader in the localization industry.

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in enterprise sales, who can effectively articulate the value proposition of our innovative solutions to clients worldwide. Your primary objective will be to maintain a robust pipeline, identifying and pursuing existing and upsell opportunities to achieve set revenue targets.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Execute Strategic Sales Plans: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with Lionbridge's business objectives.
  2. Maintain a Robust Pipeline: Independently contact prospective customers within assigned accounts to present Lionbridge's solutions and services, effectively articulating the value proposition.
  3. Educate Clients on Service Lines: Educate clients on Lionbridge's service lines, solutions, pricing, and availability, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of offerings.
  4. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with Sales and internal Operations teams to drive successful outcomes and foster strong relationships.
  5. Provide Timely Forecasts and Reports: Deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management, contributing to overall sales strategy and planning.
