We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our enterprise sales efforts in the area of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning. As an Enterprise Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships with key decision-makers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bidirectional communication with prospective customers to present Lionbridge's cutting-edge AI solutions and effectively articulate their value proposition.
  • Maintaining a robust pipeline, identifying upsell opportunities, and achieving set revenue targets.
  • Educating clients on Lionbridge's AI offerings, pricing, and availability.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to drive successful outcomes.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and incorporating market insights into sales strategies.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, particularly in AI and Machine Learning.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • A strategic mindset and business acumen.
  • Self-motivation and initiative.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

Compensation Package

This is a competitive opportunity with a salary range of $120k-140k per annum, plus a commission plan. Additional benefits include comprehensive health coverage, generous paid-time-off, 401k matching, and access to employee wellness programs.
