Cannabis Sales Director

The Sanctuary, a premier dispensary in Sacramento, is seeking a highly skilled Cannabis Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive sales and customer engagement
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provide coaching and training to sales team members to improve sales skills and knowledge
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales and revenue growth
- 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the cannabis industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting sales targets
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and areas for improvement
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
