Job Overview

Position Summary: The primary role involves serving as the key point of contact between property owners and the management team. This position is crucial in maintaining brand integrity and ensuring quality standards across rental properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate effective communication with homeowners upon contract initiation.
  • Oversee a seamless onboarding experience for new properties.
  • Personally introduce new listings to the Property Management and Ambassador teams to ensure readiness for guests.
  • Coordinate purchases and service schedules with homeowner input.
  • Ensure accurate billing for maintenance, vendor services, and housekeeping for each property.
  • Address maintenance emergencies promptly and maintain thorough communication with homeowners.
  • Conduct inspections and quality assurance checks for all owner and guest arrivals.
  • Regularly inspect properties to ensure upkeep and familiarity with each home.
  • Maintain and update property information across all platforms to enhance guest experiences.
  • Address cleanliness issues and assist with timely guest check-ins.
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and accountability.
  • Collaborate respectfully with other departments to resolve maintenance and cleaning issues.
  • Provide mentorship and support to the Owner Relations Manager team.

General Duties:

  • Ensure accurate and courteous onboarding of new properties.
  • Provide a professional welcome to all new homeowners.
  • Manage all homeowner inquiries and concerns directly.
  • Advise homeowners on maintaining their properties for optimal rental conditions and profitability.
  • Schedule necessary services and vendors for property maintenance and repairs.
  • Oversee project completion and ensure accurate billing.
  • Communicate with various departments to address property-related issues.
  • Conduct routine quality assurance checks to maintain familiarity with properties.
  • Meet or exceed deadlines set by homeowners and internal teams.
  • Facilitate accurate off-boarding processes and related tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with the Property Manager and Ambassadors to achieve business goals and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist the Property Management team with inspections during peak seasons.

Compensation: Annual salary ranges from $50,000 to $55,000 based on experience.

Requirements:

Must possess a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
