POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

We are seeking a Business Manager to oversee an affordable housing community. This role is Full-Time | Hourly | Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm | Comprehensive Benefits Package.

Preferred qualifications include experience with tax credits and proficiency in Spanish.

Compensation: $27.00 per hour

IDEAL CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in tax credit housing
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of property management experience
  • Experience with lease-up processes is advantageous
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A genuine passion for assisting others
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with Yardi and/or MRI software is a plus
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance
