Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to multiple teams, including meeting coordination, document preparation, and data entry.
- Assist with client communication, including responding to inquiries and preparing correspondence.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
- Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a well-stocked and organized workspace.
- Assist with event planning, including coordinating logistics and preparing materials.
