We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team in Fairfield, CA. As a key member of our Manufacturing Operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of support and production-level employees, driving the achievement of key goals in environmental health and safety, customer satisfaction, quality, delivery, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure world-class safety and quality culture is maintained and respond to all EH&S and Quality requirements promptly.
- Establish work schedules, considering customer requirements, resource availability, and other priorities.
- Hold employees accountable while maintaining a key working relationship.
- Assist in cost reduction and process improvement activities to ensure efficiency of operations and cost effectiveness.
- Coordinate activities for materials and resolve logistics problems to ensure availability of materials and smooth operations.
- Monitor cell performance and productivity to maximize productivity.
- Interface with customers to understand customer needs and issues and ensure that the customers receive satisfactory standards of services.
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience.
- U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
- Have the ability to obtain and maintain Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) access.
