Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, and photocopying.
  • Manage documents, including proofreading and formatting.
  • Conduct inventory checks and order office supplies as needed.
  • Process invoices and payments for outside counsel.
  • Reconcile quarterly PACER account statements.
  • Collect and track time off requests for the Legal Department.
  • Assist with tracking CLE credits and filing biennial registrations for attorneys.
  • Coordinate interview processes for the Legal Department and Vendor Oversight and Governance.

Requirements:
  • Five years' experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar position.
  • Knowledge of MVP's business processes and structure preferred.
  • Ability to communicate independently and directly with various levels of staff.
  • Team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
