Chicago, Illinois, United States Huron Consulting Group Full time
The Opportunity

At Huron, we empower our clients to foster growth, enhance operational efficiency, and maintain their leadership in the sectors they serve.

We partner with educational institutions to devise strategies and implement solutions that facilitate the transformative changes necessary for our clients to shape their futures.

Together, we enable clients to innovate, establish sustainable funding sources, and improve student outcomes.

Currently, leaders in higher education and academic medical centers find themselves overly focused on responding to market dynamics, rather than prioritizing the core objectives that support the success of students, faculty, and staff.

The most effective way forward necessitates a deliberate strategy and innovative thought, where stakeholders across the institution unite around a common vision and commit to the challenging work of enacting change.

Your role will be to assist our clients in achieving organizational efficiency, enhancing student outcomes, adopting new technologies, and aligning resources and investments for long-term viability.

Join our team as the expert you are and shape your future.

Position Summary

Successful professional services firms share several characteristics—at the forefront is a team of exceptional Directors. At Huron, our Directors exemplify the highest standards of professionalism and expertise.

Huron Directors bring over a decade of experience and a commitment to assisting organizations in overcoming their most intricate challenges—and they consistently translate their expertise and insights into growth for both our clients and Huron.

Their skills and leadership inspire passion and loyalty among clients, junior staff, and management.

If you are characterized by continuous improvement—if you can lead teams, devise solutions, and communicate effectively at all levels...If you are a consummate professional, a potential advocate of Huron's core values, and a source of confidence and trust... then you can and will help Huron and its clients realize their full potential.
