Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Technical Analyst with expertise in Salesforce to join our corporate IT division.

This position requires onsite presence and can be based at our headquarters.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable solutions utilizing native application features in collaboration with developers and architects.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Manage the Salesforce platform daily and oversee complex, multi-disciplinary Salesforce projects, acting as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and third-party vendors.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support, ensuring operational stability by troubleshooting and resolving issues in collaboration with users.
- Deliver comprehensive solutions using Salesforce CPQ, including support for existing and future CPQ infrastructures, rule configuration, and data management.
- Conduct system configuration, testing, and validation to ensure the effectiveness of Salesforce CRM solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding team members, performing code reviews, and ensuring adherence to application development standards.
- Document configuration changes and technical specifications for future reference and maintenance.
- Oversee all phases of solution delivery, from ideation to production stabilization, ensuring compliance with IT procedures and leveraging deployment automation tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated and scalable solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Science, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience in technical analysis, configuration, and administration within Salesforce and CPQ.
- Proficient in Apex, LWC, and CPQ configurations.
- Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integration with other systems.
- Solid understanding of the Lead-To-Cash business process and related technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, effectively engaging with both business and technical teams.
- Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Field Service is advantageous.
- Salesforce Developer and/or CPQ certification is a plus.
