Key Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Sous Chef/Executive Chef, ensuring exceptional hospitality and a memorable experience for all guests.
  • Execute recipes in accordance with established standards and training protocols set by Culinary Management.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment at all times.
  • Deliver consistent quality based on predefined benchmarks.
  • Utilize advanced culinary skills, including knife techniques, meat and fish preparation, pasta and vegetable cooking, stock and sauce creation, and sous-vide methods.
  • Take initiative to correct any discrepancies that do not meet established standards.
  • Adhere to ingredient storage protocols and ensure proper inventory levels.
  • Assist in daily meal preparations and the execution of dishes specific to your assigned station.
  • Communicate necessary information to the Sous Chef/CDC as required.
  • Receive and organize orders while following proper rotation practices (FIFO) and standards.
  • Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations in line with local health codes and HACCP plans.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to learning, growth, and excellence through quality execution and follow-through.
  • Exhibit a guest-first attitude and conduct oneself accordingly.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Always approach tasks with a sense of urgency.
