- Experience in end-to-end, integration, and exploratory testing to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Experience in load and performance testing to ensure software scalability and reliability.
- Project experience in larger IT environments is highly desirable.
- Ability to empathize with users and understand their needs to inform software development.
- ISTQB certification is highly desirable.
- Experience with automated testing and manual test case planning and execution to ensure efficient testing processes.
