  • Experience in load and performance testing to ensure software scalability and reliability.
  • Project experience in larger IT environments is highly desirable.
  • Ability to empathize with users and understand their needs to inform software development.
  • ISTQB certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience with automated testing and manual test case planning and execution to ensure efficient testing processes.
