Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior team members to ensure successful business outcomes for customers, driving world-class retention and expansion for Tanium.
  • Work with account teams to understand customer complexity and segmentation, creating the best path to full Tanium platform adoption and expansion.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate Tanium into customer business processes and controls, increasing ROI and expanding into new solution areas.
  • Support Executive Business Reviews, working alongside Sales, Solution Engineers, and account team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, peers, and partners.
  • Undergo training in the Tanium platform, with the opportunity to become Tanium certified.
  • Collaborate with your mentor and other interns on a summer project.
  • Shadow Customer Success Managers in their day-to-day operations.
What We're Looking For:
  • Able to work full-time from June 9, 2025 to August 15, 2025.
  • Currently enrolled Bachelor's degree candidate, ideally with a 3.5+ GPA.
  • Graduating Spring 2026 or Fall 2025.
  • Able to demonstrate consulting and project management skills.
  • Able to demonstrate working knowledge of endpoint technology.
  • Able to demonstrate critical thinking skills.
  • Skilled at written and verbal communication.
  • Naturally team-oriented with a mission-first attitude.
  • Excited to learn new technology.
