About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large volumes of customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their tickets and events.
  • Work collaboratively with the ticketing and event operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the ticketing or event industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
