Customer Care Representative RoleAs a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the first point of contact, providing guidance and support to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and events teams to ensure customer requirements are met and provide updates on service delivery timelines.
- Assist customers in navigating our company website and provide guidance on service offerings and order placements.
- Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to enhance overall service quality and customer experience.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or a related role within the events services industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
