About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Intern to join our team at Tanium. As a Customer Success Intern, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of our endpoint management and security solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our account team to ensure successful business outcomes for customers, leading to world-class retention and expansion for Tanium.
  • Work with senior team members to understand the unique complexity and segmentation of our customers and create the best path to full Tanium platform adoption and expansion.
  • Identify opportunities for Tanium to be further integrated into customer business processes and controls to increase ROI and expand into new solution areas.
  • Support strategically focused Executive Business Reviews, alongside Sales, Solution Engineers, and wider account team members.
  • Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with customers, peers, and partners.
  • Undergo detailed training in the Tanium platform and have the opportunity to become Tanium certified.
  • Collaborate with your mentor and other interns on a summer project contributing to our team's success.
Requirements
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. now and in the future.
  • Available to work full-time from June 9, 2025 to August 15, 2025.
  • Currently enrolled Bachelor's degree candidate, ideally with a 3.5+ GPA.
  • Graduating Spring 2026 or Fall 2025.
  • Able to demonstrate consulting and project management skills.
  • Able to demonstrate working knowledge of endpoint technology.
  • Able to demonstrate critical thinking skills.
  • Skilled at written and verbal communication.
  • Naturally team-oriented with a mission-first attitude.
  • Excited to learn new technology.
