Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Financial Services Coordinator to oversee financial operations, including claims payment tracking, payroll processing, invoicing, and franchise fee management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Claims Payment Tracking: Monitor and ensure accurate tracking of claims payments, assigning them to the appropriate clinic locations.
  • Claims Processing: Submit claims daily, research and resubmit corrected claims. Label claims properly in electronic health record.
  • Payroll Processing: Process payroll for all clinic staff, ensuring accuracy in pay calculations, tax withholdings, and timely disbursement using payroll and human resources software.
  • Franchise Fee Management: Track, process, and reconcile franchise fee payments, ensuring up-to-date financial records using CRM.
  • Invoicing: Generate and manage invoices for services rendered, including both claims payments and franchise fees.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports on claims payments, payroll, and franchise fees for management review.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile payment records for claims, payroll, and franchise fees with financial reports.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with Medicaid billing regulations, payroll tax laws, and state financial requirements.
  • Clinic Coordination: Serve as the key point of contact for clinics regarding payroll, claims payments, and financial discrepancies.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000, plus benefits.

Requirements
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in medical billing, payroll processing, or financial administration.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, proficient in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paycom) and medical billing systems, excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks, ability to manage multiple financial functions efficiently.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Medicaid and insurance claims, as well as payroll tax regulations.
