As a key member of Aradi Properties, the Executive Director of Operations will play a pivotal role in driving overall operational and financial performance across all departments. This strategic position requires an individual with exceptional leadership skills, strong analytical capabilities, and a proven track record of effective financial management.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess five years of progressively responsible management experience, including financial analysis (P&L) experience. He or she must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong supervisory and management skills with high customer service expectations, and good computer and Microsoft Office skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations and management of all departments to ensure stated goals are met and departmental objectives are achieved.
  • Develop and manage budget and finances to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Ensure the building/grounds are maintained in a clean and safe condition, and that all systems are maintained according to set schedules/procedures.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff, overseeing HR/payroll, managing issues of discipline/termination, and ensuring ongoing training/education.
  • Monitor sales and marketing initiatives and activities to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Five years of relevant experience required, with a proven track record of success in financial management and leadership.
  • Experience in supervising and managing staff, with a focus on customer service and employee development.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and scheduling.
  • P&L experience and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to maintain composure under stress.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite.

This is a salaried position, with an estimated annual salary range of $120,000-$180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
