The Registered Nurse operates under the general oversight of the Nursing Supervisor, delivering health services to individuals and families as directed by a physician. This role encompasses performing standard clinical tasks as instructed, engaging in patient education, and ensuring accurate documentation in patient records. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate and maintain patient flow to minimize wait times in the clinic
  • Effectively manage time by prioritizing patient needs
  • Handle patient phone inquiries and direct calls appropriately
  • Document and verify medical records, including medical histories, medication reconciliations, and vital signs
  • Coordinate with hospital admissions and laboratory services
Required Qualifications
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution
  • Active Registered Nursing License in Arkansas or eNLC licensure with multistate privileges in good standing
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
