Key Responsibilities
You will report directly to the Nurse Manager or Director and will be responsible for:
- Acting as the unit supervisor and clinical resource.
- Managing nursing resource utilization effectively.
- Overseeing unit operations during your assigned shifts.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A current Registered Nurse license in the state of Arkansas.
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
- A minimum of four years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital environment or three years of demonstrated leadership as a charge RN or PCC.
- Familiarity with staffing processes, acuity systems, and quality care standards.
- Experience in developing and delivering educational sessions and contributing to staff evaluations.
- Proven ability to investigate issues and propose solutions within best practice frameworks.
Compensation
The pay rate for this position is competitive at $45.00 per hour.
