About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Service Center Manager to join our team at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. As a key member of our service center leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of service center employees to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with the Service Center Manager to develop and implement business strategies, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 6 months of supervisory experience in a retail environment.
  • Knowledge of cash handling, facility, and safety control policies and practices.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
