Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the development and implementation of store strategies to maximize efficiencies and customer satisfaction.

- Manage inventory control, ordering, receiving, and rotation of products to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Conduct regular inspections and follow-up to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including inventory, sales, and employee performance data.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in managing store operations, including inventory control, employee supervision, and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, customers, and vendors.
