- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of six months of experience in a financial institution or customer service role.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Work in a moderate sound environment, with occasional exposure to office equipment and technology.
- May be required to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
