Your Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our most strategic clients, ensuring they achieve their goals and objectives
  • Develop and execute tailored training programs, improving our clients' proficiency and adoption of our solution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new initiatives, enhancing client success and driving business growth
  • Provide expert-level support to our clients and partner law firms, resolving technical issues and addressing concerns in a timely manner
  • Create engaging online training materials, educating our clients on best practices and industry trends
  • Assist with onboarding new clients, setting them up for success with our platform and resources
  • Travel up to 30% to client meetings, conferences, and events, representing PERSUIT and building strong relationships with our clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 7+ years of professional experience, with 4+ years of Enterprise SaaS Customer Success experience
  • Demonstrated success managing top strategic accounts within Fortune 100 accounts
  • Strong understanding of the client lifecycle, ability to navigate complex organizations and interact with both Executives and end users
  • Knowledge of the legal pricing, law firm RFP process, and/or corporate legal departments is a bonus
  • You're both a strong writer and public speaker, and are great at communicating complex messages in simple ways
  • You strive for excellence and have a track record of overperformance to match
  • You're comfortable in a fast-paced, high energy environment
  • Ability to travel up to 30% to client meetings, conferences and events, and internal meetings

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year

This role will be fully remote, with a strong preference for someone based in either the Central or Mountain time zone for client coverage.
