Currently, GRY Gryphon Technologies is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Technical Program Manager to join our team in Albuquerque, NM.
Technical Program Manager
This position will oversee multiple contracted efforts whose purpose is to perform basic research for Directed Energy weapons. As a mid-level technical program manager, you must be self-motivated, able to lead other members of a technical team, and work with little management supervision. The ability to clearly communicate programmatic information in written reports and briefings is highly desired. This technical program manager position will include the following duties:
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Management of multiple technology development contracts and subcontracts
- Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance of assigned projects and contracts.
- Interface with government, industry, and university professionals in the performance of these duties.
Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in project management
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related and/or in Engineering
- Familiarity with US DoD research contracting methods and managing US DoD contracts
- Familiarity with contracting with universities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Program Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Experience with Directed Energy weapons technologies is a plus
Clearance Requirements:
- Active Secret Clearance Required to Start
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
- The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

- Move about freely in a laboratory setting
- Repetitive Motions
